As founder and president of Taylor Insurance and Financial Services, Eszylfie has served as a financial advisor to individuals, business owners, and high- net-worth families over the course of his 15 year career. He is an MDRT Top of the Table producer and was also a recipient of the NAIFA Advisor Today 2015 Four Under Forty Award.
Eszylfie is well known as the creator of The Taylor Method, a sales training system that utilizes practical teachings from real-life examples. A valued NAIFA member since 2005, he currently serves as a NAIFA-Los Angeles board member.
